As an arbitrator, I am selected as a private judge of the parties’ dispute. I commit and promise to: consider and hear all relevant and material evidence placed before me; show partiality to none; disclose any conflicts or appearance of conflicts at the earliest possible opportunity and issue a decision in a timely fashion and explain my reasoning for the decision.
I am bound by the parties’ terms of the agreement to arbitrate as well as the rules of the tribunal administering the dispute.
